The Andor Liget project has started

In Újbuda, at a suburban location close to the city center, on the corner of Andor and Pajkos streets, the development of the 141-apartment Andor Liget has commenced. The residential park will consist of six modern, five-story buildings with green roofs, loosely surrounding a private park of over 3000 m². Externally, the project will also feature much-needed retail and hospitality spaces, as well as a community area and playground open to the public, created by DVM Group.

A vibrant small-town square and a private green oasis

The building complex, combining light pastel shades, will form a new small-town square by subtly recessing the Pajkos street frontage, providing an elegant entrance and forecourt for the newly established residential functions. Inside the area enclosed by the buildings of Andor Liget, a garden larger than 10 tennis courts will be created for the residents, complete with a pavilion, furniture, and community spaces.

Andor Liget is surrounded by one of Budapest’s most rapidly developing districts, where, in addition to the residential park’s own hospitality and retail units, nearby supermarkets, Etele Plaza, and Allee shopping centers offer countless shopping and entertainment opportunities.

From Andor Street, the M1 and M7 highways leading to Lake Balaton, Bikás Park, and Kelenföld railway station are easily accessible. With the help of Metro line 4, numerous trams, and bus lines, any part of the city can be quickly reached. By car or bicycle, it only takes a few minutes to reach the Danube riverbank, the nearby Kopaszi-gát, the Buda Hills, or the vibrant cultural life of the Bartók Quarter.
